Introduction

Ingredients

    Venison, ground, 2lbs
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Tomato Soup, 1 can (10.75 oz)
    Beef broth, bouillon, consomme, 3 cup
    Mixed Vegetables, canned, 2 cans
    Mushrooms, canned, 1 can
    *Macaroni, enriched, 1 cup or other pasta

Tips

Some leftover italian or hard bread is fabulous to soak up the juice.


Directions

Brown the venison and onions in a dutch oven or deep pot. Add the mushrooms and saute for 1 min. Add vegetables (canning broth and all). Add the soup and 1 box of Beef broth. Add one cup of macaroni. Stir, put the lid on, and let simmer for 20 minutes.
