Introduction

Especially good for people who think they don't like tofu. Especially good for people who think they don't like tofu.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    4 Tablespoons soy sauce
    2 Tablespoons canola oil
    1 tsp minced garlic
    1 cake firm tofu (16 oz)

Tips

Brown and chewy, yum.


Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
In a bowl mix together soy sauce, oil and garlic.
Cut pressed tofu into 3/4 inch cubes .
Toss cubes in soy sauce marinade.
Spread tofu in a baking dish in a single layer.
Bake 15 minutes. Stir.
Bake another 15 minutes and you are done!
