100% all natural whole wheat and oat pancakes 100% all natural whole wheat and oat pancakes

Ingredients

    2C. Whole Wheat Flour
    2t. Baking Powder
    1t. Sea Salt
    2 large Eggs (well beaten)
    2C. 2% Milk
    2T. Olive Oil (or Canola)
    1T. Honey

Tips

My children like the smaller thin cakes better than the thick ones.


Directions

Mix all the dry ingredients. Add eggs, milk, honey and oil. Stir until batter is moist (I like mine thick but you could add milk if it is to lumpy). Cook on preheated skillet. I like to serve my children's with 100% pure maple syrup.
