    Mushrooms, fresh, 2 cup, pieces or slices(remove)
    Oikos Organic Greek Yogurt, Plain, 18 oz(remove)
    *Silk Light (Plain), 1.5 cup(remove)
    Cream Cheese, Fat Free, 227 grams(remove)

Tips

I like to add a little cajun seasoning as well


Directions

Fry veggie in Pam spray til tender,
Add cream cheese, yogurt and soymilk
Heat til cream cheese is melted
