Ingredients

    Potato, 1 medium
    Carrot, 1/2
    Onions, chopped 1/2 cup
    Pumpkin, 2 cup mashed
    Garlic, 1 clove
    salt
    pepper
    basil leaves, 3
    cilantro
    6 cups of water or more

Directions

peel all the vegetables and boil them in water, including the pumpkin, add salt, pepper (to taste), basil leaves and cilantro, when soft blend them and reheat the soup, serve it with mozzarella cheese on top of it and bread crumbs...
