Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    - pizza dough, of the Pillsbury tube variety if you're in a hurry
    - 1/2 c. part skim mozzarella cheese, shredded
    - 3/4 c. part skim ricotta cheese
    - 1 to 2 cloves garlic
    - 1 pkg frozen spinach
    - 1 tbsp dried parsley flakes
    - cooking spray

Tips

Mix it up! Trade out spinach and garlic for whatever items you like.

Directions

1. Preheat the oven to 325°F or as indicated by dough; spray a nonstick baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray. In a bowl, mix the ricotta, mozzarella, spinach, garlic and parsley.

2. On a lightly floured surface, unroll the dough (this can be tricky!). Carefully cut into 4 squares. Place the dough on the baking sheet. Divide the cheese mixture among the dough and fold each piece of dough on itself and press edges to seal. Bake until golden brown, 10-15 minutes.

3. Eat. Enjoy with marinera sauce (pasta sauce if in a hurry).
