Introduction
Oats, Raisins, Cranberries & Walnuts! Oats, Raisins, Cranberries & Walnuts!Number of Servings: 2
Ingredients

2 1/4 cups water
1 dash salt
1 cup quick oats
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 cup raisins
1/4 cup dried sweetened cranberries
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
1 tbl. packed brown sugar
Directions
1. Combine the water, oats and salt in a 4 cup bowl or casserole dish.
2. Microwave for 1 1/2 minutes; stir.
3. Microwave for 1 1/2 minutes more and stir.
4. Microwave for 1 more minute, watching carefully that oatmeal doesn't boil over.
5. Add cinnamon, raisins, and walnuts; stir to combine.
6. Let set for 5 minutes.
7. Sprinkle with brown sugar. I also add a splash of vanilla soy milk or skim milk.
Makes 2 Hearty Servings!
