Ingredients

4 small boneless chicken breasts
2.5 cups sliced mushrooms
1 tbsp minced onion flakes
.5 cup chopped red or green pepper
1 dash of garlic powder
2 tsps of honey
1/4 cup of soy sauce
Directions
preheat oven to 350 degrees
place chicken in 9x13 baking dish
Sprinkle the chix with onion flakes
in a small bowl combine honey, so sauce, and garlic powder: pour mixture evenly over chicken
cover and back for 30 minutes
spread mushrooms and peppers evenly over the chicken and continue to bake, covered, for about 20 minutes (or until mushrooms brown)
Serving Size: serves 4
