Introduction

I wanted a smooth and tropical meal replacement that was filling and hade some protein in it. I wanted a smooth and tropical meal replacement that was filling and hade some protein in it.

Ingredients

    1 Mango
    2 Nectarines
    2 Tbsp Peanut Butter
    1 Cup Ice
    1/2 Cup Orange Juice

Tips

The last ingredient should be the peanut butter. Adding in the peanut butter on top of the ice prevents the peanut butter from getting stuck in the blades of the blender.


Directions

Chop mango and nectarines. Place in blender and top with ice, orange juice, and peanut butter. Blend. Add more ice if you desire a thicker smoothie.
