Ingredients

    3.5 lb. beef roast
    worcestershire sauce
    soy sauce
    mrs dash
    carrots
    potatoes
    beer

Tips

The alcohol content of the beer adds flavor as well as tenderizing the meat. If you have time, roast will be even better if you can cook on slow the whole time.


Directions

Set slow cooker to high, combine liquids in a bowl and pour over top. Sprinkle seasonings over roast. Cook 2-3 hours on high, turn to low, cook an additional 2-3 hours until desired doneness and tenderness.
