Introduction

The best, simplest, "just-like-mom's" egg salad ever! Y-U-M! The best, simplest, "just-like-mom's" egg salad ever! Y-U-M!
Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients

    5 Eggs
    4 Tbsp Mayonnaise
    1.5 Tbsp finely chopped onion
    .5 Cup frozen peas, thawed
    1 Tbsp dill relish (I just finely chop a snackums pickle)
    .5 to .75 Packet of Splenda
    .75 Tsp yellow mustard
    Salt and/or pepper, if desired.

    You can add some finely chopped celery, if you want some extra crunch, but I don't usually have any on-hand.

Directions

Boil the eggs. Finely chop everything (except the peas). Combine everything in a bowl, refrigerate, and enjoy! Salt and pepper to taste, if desired.
