Ingredients

    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1 egg
    1 1/2 cups low fat milk
    3/4 cup cornmeal
    1 can whole kernel corn, drained
    1 can diced tomatoes, undrained
    1 can sliced black olives, drained
    1 pkg chili seasoning mix
    1 tsp. seasoned salt
    1 cup shredded Cheddar Cheese

Directions

In a skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain. In a bowl, combine egg, milk and cornmeal until smooth. Add corn, tomatoes, olives, chili seasoning, seasoned salt and beef. Transfer to a greased slow cooker. Cover and cook on high for 3 hours and 45 min. Sprinkle with cheese; cover and cook 15 min longer or until cheese is melted.
