Ingredients

    1 box of Cheddar Cheese Au Gratin Potatoes
    2 c. Boiling water
    1/4 c. Honey Dijon salad dressing, mixed with water to make one cup liquid. Or you can use 3/4 c. milk.
    2Tbsp. butter or spread.
    2 cups extra lean ham, skinned and diced.
    1 can of peas (15 oz)

Tips

Unfortunately this is not for low-sodium diets! But it is a good way to use food from the pantry!


Directions

Preheat oven to 400. In a 2-quart casserole combine potatoes and sauce mix. Stir in boiling water. (I boiled mine in the microwave for 5 mins). Add other liquid ingredients. Carefully add ham and peas. Casserole will be full! Bake uncovered 45 mins, until potatoes are tender and somewhat brown. Let stand a few minutes. Serve.
