    Snow peas (1/2 cup or 24)
    Broccoli (2 cups chopped)
    Baby carrots (7 diced)
    Pineapple chunks (1 cup)
    Boneless Chicken breast cut up (20 oz)
    chicken stock (1/3 cup)
    Brown Rice (2.5 cups cooked)
    Sweet-n-Sour sauce (1/2 cup)


Stir fry the chicken in sautee' pan til cooked through. Then add the vegetables and cook for 2 minutes. Add pineapple chunks, chicken stock and the brown rice. Simmer for 5 minutes or until liquid is absorbed. Remove from heat and stir in sweet-n-sour sauce.
