Ingredients

    Balsamic Vinegar - Elite, 2 tbsp
    Canola Oil, 1 tbsp
    mustard seed, 1 tsp
    No Name lemon juice, 1 tsp
    Paprika, 1 tsp
    Parsley, 1 tbsp
    Pepper, black, 1 dash
    Tarragon, ground, 0.25 tsp
    Dill weed, dried, 0.5 tsp
    Better Stevia, 100 gram(s)

Tips

Stevia is a plant based sugar substitute that does not affect diabetic's blood sugar. Herbs contain some amounts of necessary minerals. No added salt keeps this dressing low in sodium. Can be used on any salad. If using for fruit salad, omit the black pepper.


Directions

Combine all ingredients in small mason jar. Attach lid and shake. Can be used right away, but flavours develop better if left in the fridge for a couple of hours.
