Introduction

I always drink this before/after workouts, or on a detox day. Any dark, leafy greens or fruit will work. Ingredients

    2 C Fresh spinach leaves
    8 oz. Almond milk, unsweetened
    1 frozen banana
    1 Tbsp organic almond/peanut butter

Directions

Mix all ingredients in a blender and pulse until smooth.
