Introduction

A smoothie packed full of protein and fruits & veggies! A smoothie packed full of protein and fruits & veggies!

Ingredients

    1/4 C Wheat Germ
    16 leaves of Spinach
    1 Orange (any type)
    6 Strawberries
    Whole Banana
    1 Yogurt (Any lowfat kind)
    1/4 C 2% Milk

Tips

Get creative with your fruit choices. Also I sometimes freeze my fresh strawberries! You can't taste the spinach at all!


Directions

Add all ingredients to blender
Blend.

Serving Size: Makes 2 smaller smoothies or 1 large one.
