This smoothie gets you started with a bang! It's easy to assemble the night before -- just add the ingredients to the blender jar, cover, and place them in the refrigerator. Ingredients

    8 oz. Naked Food Blue Machine juice
    1 cup chopped kale
    10 almonds
    1 banana (medium)
    1 scoop Life's Basics Plant Protein

Tips

This turns a rather fun shade of green, and it's delicious! If the green turns you off, then feel free to cut the amount of kale in half or omit it altogether. (It's wonderful, though -- give kale a chance!)


Directions

Add all ingredients to mixer, blend on low for 30 seconds, then increase speed to high, blending for an additional 30 seconds or until smooth.
