Ingredients

    Beef, top sirloin, 64 oz
    *Potato, raw, 7 large (3" to 4-1/4" dia.)
    Carrots, raw, 2 cup, chopped
    Onions, raw, 1.5 cup, chopped
    Celery, raw, 4 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long)
    Garlic, 2 tsp
    Land O Lakes, Salted Butter, 1 Tbsp, 1 serving
    Tomato Paste, 1.5 can (6 oz)
    Beef Broth - Swanson 50% Less Sodium, 12 cup
    Lipton Beefy Onion Soup Mix (One Package = 8 Tablespoons), 8 tbsp
    Salt, 1 tsp
    Pepper, black, .5 tbsp

Directions

Brown beef. Saute onions, garlic, celery, carrots, tomato paste. Add beef and seasoning. Cook at 325 degrees for 4 hours, stir every hour. Add potatoes when 1.5 hours are left on cooking time.
