Ingredients

    Lamb:
    1.5 lb ground lamb
    1 small onion , minced
    1 garlic clove , minced
3 tablespoons fresh mint , finely chopped
3 tablespoons flat leaf parsley , finely chopped
    salt
    fresh ground black pepper
    Lemon juice
    2 tablespoons Cumin
    2 tablespoons paprika

Yogurt sauce (stir together, pretty simple):
1/2 seedless cucumber peeled and halved and chopped
    1 cup plain yogurt
    Lemon juice
    Paprika to taste

Tips

I didn't add a bun or anything extra. You could also cook on a grill as well.

Directions

1. In a medium bowl combine onion, garlic, mint, parsley, cumin, paprika and 1 scant teaspoon each of salt and pepper. Knead them with damp hands to incorporate everything.
2. Shape the meat into 4 patties about 1/2 inch thick. In a frying pan with sprayed pam at medium high heat add Patties. Cook to internal degree of 160F about 8 minutes per side.
4. Put on a plate and pat excess oil with a paper towel. Add yogurt sauce. Eat.
