Ingredients

    2 cups puffed millet
    1 cup organic rolled oats
    1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup raisins or dried cranberries
    1/2 cup chopped walnuts
    1/2 cup milk
4 scoops chocolate whey protein mix
    2 tbsp flax seeds

Tips

When the mix is hot, it's really stick and hard to work with. Either let it cool slightly before pressing into the pan, or work with a sheet of wax paper to get it pressed into the pan evenly.

Directions

In a small saucepan, heat honey over low heat until it boils slightly. Mix in protein shake mix & milk and stir to combine.

In a large bowl, combine rest of ingredients. Pour hot liquid mix over dry mix and toss to combine well. Press into a 9x13 baking dish and let sit to cool. Cut in 18 bars.
