Ingredients

    Venison 1# cubed
    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    Broccoli, fresh, 4 cups florets
    *Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 medium chunked
    Onions, raw, 1 medium chunked
    Mushrooms, 1 can drained
    Garlic, 6 cloves, minced
    Soy Sauce, 2 tbsp
    Balsamic Vinegar, 1 tbsp

Tips

We ate this over organic wild rice....very yummy!!


Directions

Stir fry the venison in the olive oil, 3-5 minutes. Remove from pan, wipe out pan and then add all else. Simmer 6-8 minutes. Return meat to the pan of veggies, heat through and serve.
