Ingredients

    6 Low Carb Soft Taco Tortillas
    1 lb ground beef (93%)
    1 packet taco seasoning
    1 14.5 oz can each, drained:
    yellow corn
    diced tomatoes with green chilis
    fat free refried beans
    black beans
    2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (2%)
    1/4 to 1/4 onion, diced

Directions

Brown meat and saute onion together.
Add taco seasoning and simmer.
Drain all canned items.
Layer 1/3 or each: tortillas, refried beans, tomatoes, corn, black beans, ground beef, and cheese. Repeat two more time ending with cheese on top. If using a larger casserole dish you may only layer twice.
