Ingredients

    1 lg egg
    1 lg fresh mushroom, sliced
    chopped green pepper, about 1/2 handful
    dash black pepper
    1 slice american cheese
    1 8" flour tortilla

Directions

Combine egg, mushroom, green and black peppers. Scramble. Place cheese in tortilla shell. Pile egg mixture on top of cheese and wrap tortilla.
Makes 1 8" wrap
