Ingredients

    1 6oz can of tuna in water.
    1oz of plain greek yogurt aprox. 2 tbs
    2 tsp. yellow mustard.
    1 medium diced pickle.
    A few drops of hot sauce to taste.

Directions

Drain 1 can tuna add yogurt mustard and diced pickle. Spice up with a few drops of hot sauce (more if you want it spicy). Serve as desired.
