Introduction

Ingredients

    1 can non-fat refried beans
    1 cup guacamole
    1 cup fresh tomatoes, chopped and drained of the juices
    2 jalapeno peppers, finely chopped
    3/4 cup green onions, finely sliced
    1 1/2 cup low fat sour cream
    1/2 bunch fresh cilantro, finely minced
    1 cup low fat finely shredded cheddar cheese




Tips

This is also amazing with a layer of 1/2 pound lean ground beef seasoned with 2 tsp taco seasoning - add on top of the beans!


Directions

On a serving plate, spread the refried beans evenly.
Spread the guacamole on top of the beans.
Top with the tomatoes, then jalapenos, then the green onions.
Gently spread the sour cream on top of the vegetables.
Finely sprinkle the cilantro on top of the sour cream.
Top with the shredded cheddar cheese.

Serve with tortilla chips.
