Ingredients

    2 Bell Peppers Chopped (color of your choice I like to use 1/2 of a red, yellow, orange and green)
    1cup Celery Chopped
    1 small Red Onion Chopped
    1 small tomato chopped
    1/2 cucumber peeled chopped
    1 tbsp EVOO
    4 tbsp White Vinegar
    Salt, pepper, garlic powder and crushed red pepper to taste.

Directions

You will just chop it and mix them together.
