    Onions, raw, 90 grams
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 90 grams
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 196 grams
    Water, tap, 2.25 cup (8 fl oz)
    Mrs. Dash (R) Original Blend, 1 tsp
    Mrs. Dash (R) Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend, 1tsp
    3 Beans- Black, Pinto & Red Kidney, 2 cup
    Tomato Sauce (NO SALT ADDED) Kroger,1 can
    Ground Turkey (Kirkwood) 85/15, 5 oz
