Ingredients

    3 large ripe bananas
    1 egg
    1tsp cinnamon
    1tsp baking soda
    1/2tsp sea salt
    1cup wheat flour
    1cup oats
    1/3cup applesauce
    1tbsp honey
    1/2tsp vanilla
    1/4 cup whole almonds
    1/4cup dried cranberries/raisins

Directions

Mash bananas, mix with wet ingredients, mix in dry ingredients, chop almonds, mix in fruit & almonds. Bake at 400 for 15-20mins
