Ingredients

    4 oz skinless salmon filet
    1/5 cup whole cranberry sauce
    1 Tbs Chili Sauce
    1 tsp. olive oil

Tips

Increase cooking time as needed if using frozen filets.


Directions

Brush salmon filet with olive oil. Add seafood seasoning if desired. Bake 10-15 min. @ 325 degrees. While salmon is baking mix cranberry sauce with chili sauce, blending well. Top salmon with cranberry sauce and bake for additional 5 minutes.
