Ingredients

    1 cup kidney beans cooked
    i cup onions and tomatoes finely chopped
    4 table spoons yoghurt dressing

    For dressing
    1 small green chilli roasted
    few leaves of corriander and mint
    salt to taste
    add all this and the yoghurt in the blender and get it to the consistency of choice and add to salad....
