Ingredients

    2 cups Rice Krispies
    1 cup whole wheat flour
    1 tsp baking powder
    .25 tsp each baking soda & salt
    1 tsp cinnamon
    3 egg whites
    .25 cup applesauce or prune puree(baby food)
    1 tsp vanilla
    1 cup brown sugar
    .5 cup each shredded carrots & zuchinni
    .5 cup shredded apple
    .25 cup chopped walnuts

Directions

Mix together crushed cereal, flour, baking powder, soda, salt & cinnamon in one bowl.
In another bowl mix egg whites, applesauce(can substitute with prune puree), brown sugar, & vanilla. Stir in shredded carrots, zuchinni, apple & walnuts. Stir into cereal mixture just until combined.
Lightly grease 9x13 pan & pour mixture in.
Bake at 350F for about 20 minutes or until golden brown & toothpick comes out clean. Cool completely. Cut into bars & store covered in refrgerator.

Serving Size: makes aproximatley 18-24 bars or squares
