Ingredients

    2 lb chicken breast (ground or chopped)
    32 oz. no salt added tomato sauce
    4 c. chopped tomatoes
    1 1/2 c. uncooked instant brown rice
    2 c. chopped green pepper
    1 beef bouillon cube
    1/4 c. packed brown sugar
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 t. salt
    1 t. pepper

Directions

Brown ground chicken. Combine all ingredients in crock pot. Cook on high for 4 hours.
