Ingredients

    1lb of beef steak strips
    1/2 Green Bell Pepper
    1/2 Red Bell Pepper
    1 Med. Red Onion
    3 Cloves of Garlic
    1 Packet of Goya Sazon( orange box with soup pot)
    2 Tsp Black Pepper
    3 Tsp Onion Powder
    2 Tsp Paprika
    2Tbsp Lime Juice
    1/2TBSP of margarine
    2Tbsp of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    2TBSP of Fat Free Sour Cream
    2 TBSP of Extra Sharp Shredded Cheese* optional
    2 6-8 inch Whole Wheat Tortilla ( Warmed)

Tips

You can add a small amount pepper flakes if desired as well if you like it spicy. Great meal that fills you up. With each person getting Two Wraps for 200 calories. Goes great with Baked sweet Potato fries.


Directions

1. Cut beef into strips,rinse and drain meat ( you can buy it pre-cut as well)
2.In a bowl combine Beef Strips, 1 clove of garlic Chopped fine, Onion powder, Paprika, Sazon Packet,black pepper and Lime Juice together.
3. Massage Seasoning into meat and cover Bowl with plastic wrap and place in refrigerator for 15 mins.
4. Wash Hands and Cut 1/2 Green Bell Pepper and 1/2 Red Bell Pepper into strips.
5. Cut Medium Red Onion in half and cut into 1/4 inch half circles.
6. Mince the additional two cloves of garlic
7. Add the two Tbsp of EVOO to Skillet and bring to temperature.( medium- high)
8. Add Onions and saute until it starts to soften, Then add Bell Peppers and Garlic and continue to saute until the Vegetables have softened. ( you can add a extra tsp of black pepper and onion powder if you like but its optional)
9. Once vegetables soften Go ahead and Add the beef strips and Mix it in with Vegetables then reduce head to Medium.
10. Stir Periodically until All the pink is gone from meat,Then add margarine and continue to stir until margarine is mixed into the meat.
11. At this point Place your Tortilla wraps in Foil and Heat oven to 250 and warm your Tortilla.
12. Check meat to make sure its cooked all the way through. Turn off stove , Remove Tortilla from oven and Serve Hot with sour Cream and Cheese.
