Ingredients

    Nutrilite Protein Powder, 4 scoops (1 scoop=6 tsps/12.5g)
All Whites, liquid egg whites - 1 cup
    Egg, fresh, 1 large
Whole Milk Organic Whole, 1 cup
Pumpkin, Organic canned, 1 can (15 oz)
    Liquid Sweet-Leaf stevia, 1.5 tsp *
    Cinnamon, ground, 1.5 tsp *
    Nutmeg, ground, 1 tsp *
    Ginger, ground, 0.5 tsp *
    Cloves, ground, .25 tsp *
Adjust spices and sweetening to taste.

Tips

Adjust spices and stevia to taste. We like pumpkin pie spicy, yet pretty sweet. If the whole milk and one whole egg is too much cholesterol and fat for your dietary plan, use 2%, 1% or non-fat milk. Omit egg & increase all-whites by 1/4 cup. That will alter nutritional information

Directions

Whisk protein powder and pumpkin thoroughly in mixing bowl. (or use electric mixer). Add spices. Whisk egg, all-whites, and milk together. Combine thoroughly with pumpkin mixture. Pour into 1.5 quart oven-proof casserole -- like corning ware.
Bake at 350 degrees, about 50 minutes, or until set. Cool slightly to serve warm, or cool thoroughly.

Serving Size: Makes about 6 (1/2 cup each) servings
