Ingredients

    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Turnips, 1 medium
    Parsnips, 1 parsnip (9" long)
    Carrots, raw, 2 medium
    Celery, raw, 1 stalk, large (11"-12" long)
    Chicken Thigh, 5
    Chicken Leg, 5
    *Knorr Chicken Bouillon, 4 tsp
    Dill weed, dried, 1 tsp
    Garlic powder, 2 tbsp
    Salt, 2 tbsp
    Pepper, black, 2 tbsp
    Parsley, dried, 1 tbsp
    Water, tap, 128 fl oz

Directions

Cut and wash vegetables and toss into large stock pot along with washed chicken legs and chicken thighs. Add seasonings and water. Simmer over low heat for 180 minutes (3 hours). Remove bones and large gristles before serving.

Serving Size: Makes approx. 40 1-cup servings.
