Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    Light Sour Cream (4 Tbsp)
onion (small wedge equiv. to 1 tbsp, or less) optional
cucumber (with peel, about 50 grams or 3 in. long, 2 in round-ish)
sliced red bell pepper, (just a few strips)
    small celery stick
    salt, to taste
    garlic powder, to taste
    chili powder, to taste

Tips

You can let it sit in the fridge for a bit for the flavors to..."marry" ;) you know.
Enjoy.

Directions

I have one of those small $10 choppers you can find at WalMart/BigLots/Target/Fry's... They're everywhere, very small and cost about $10.

So, to start, I tossed small cuts of my onion in, cucumber, celery, and red peppers into the chopper.
I cut them only enough so they would fit into the small bowl.
I chopped those until they appeared "chopped" (this is easy, right, you can do it :) )
I then added the 4 TBSP of light sour cream, salt, garlic powder and some chili powder. Just a few shakes or however much you're happy with.

Be careful with the onion, mine had a little much than I would i have liked making it spicy!

but...
That's IT!
It's not fancy, but I'm hungry enough to eat it on some celery sticks and triscuits!

Serving Size: Made me one serving of about 1/2 C.
