Introduction

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1lb (about 8) chicken tenders
    1/4 cup flour
    2 eggs
    2 tbsp Frank's Red Hot Sauce
    2/3 cup Panko bread crumbs
    1 tbsp red pepper flakes
    1/2 tbsp onion flakes
    salt & pepper

Directions

Put flour in zip lock baggie. Put bread crumbs and spices in separate zip lock baggie. Break eggs into a bowl and scramble with hot sauce (you will not end up using all of the egg mix, so the recipe only has 1 egg calculated into it).

Put tenders into the flour bag and shake. Knock off excess flour from each and one at a time, dip into egg mix, place in breading bag and shake to coat thoroughly. Place on a baking rack on top of a cookie sheet to keep the tenders elevated off the sheet while cooking (this makes them crispy all over).

Bake in a 375-400 degree oven for 10 minutes. Turn over. Bake for another 10 minutes. Serve with light ranch or blue cheese dressing. YUM!
