Introduction

Ingredients

    1 onion
    2 garlic cloves chopped
    8 vegan boca patties
    1 large bell pepper
    3-28 oz cans of crushed tomatoes
    24 oz of black beans (soaked overnight)
    24 oz of white kidney beans (soaked overnight)
    1 tsp. cayenne pepper
    4 tblsp. cumin
    12 tsp. chili powder
    5 servings tobasco sauce

Directions

saute vegetables. soak beans overnight. add everything to a large pot and simmer for 1 1/2 hours. Add flour at the end if you want the sauce thicker.
