    Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), .5 cup
    Cheddar Cheese, .12 cup, shredded
    Oscar Mayer Bacon Pieces, 2 tbsp
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.5 cup, chopped
    Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped
    *All Natural Original PAM No Stick Cooking Spray, 0.27 gram(s)

Tips

You may substitute low fat cheese or other cheese per your preference. You can also substitute diced ham or cooked turkey sausage for the bacon pieces, be sure to adjust the calories and fat.


Directions

Spray Pam in small frying pan.
Take chopped bell peppers and onions and saute till done to your liking.
Add bacon pieces, saute for a minute or two.
Add Egg Beaters and stir.
Add shredded cheese and stir until done.
