Ingredients

    1/2 cup Buckwheat Flour
    1/4 Fat Free Greek Yogurt
    1/8 cup unsweetened applesauce
    2 egg whites
    1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1 tsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp baking soda
    1 tbsp stevia

Tips

Buckwheat is a muscle building carbohydrate that has a kick of protein too.


Directions

Mix all the ingredients with a wisk until there are no lumps. Heat a griddle and spray with cooking oil.
Pour 1/2 cup batter and make 4 pancakes. Flip when bubbles form. Enjoy with light pancake syrup.
