Introduction

these muffins are a sure way to be able to go potty and taste pretty good with some jam and cream cheese...very low carb due to the insoluable fiber content most of the fat in them is polyunsaturated which is good for your heart and your colon. High in protein as well. Ingredients

    here are the ingredients in regular measurements
    2 cups of bobs redmill flax meal
    .25c of brown sugar splenda
    .25 c of milk

    Egg, fresh, 3 large (remove)

    Cinnamon, ground, 2 tsp (remove)
    Grapeseed Oil, 3 tbsp (remove)
    Baking Powder, 1 tsp (remove)







    You can add anything u like to these raisins nuts coconut etc...i just made them plain to keep the carbs low xx

Tips

everyones oven varries so check muffins at ten mins and use our best judgement on if its done or not..should bounce up after u touch the top of one :)


Directions

mix it all up in a bowl and scoop into pam sprayed muffin tins about 2/3 in each tin pre heat oven to 400 and bake for 10 mins check on them and if they bounce back to the touch they are finished...pull them out and let them cool...pretty easy stuff.

    Very good recipe! I made it into 12 muffins and used different ingredients for ones I didn't have (ie canola oil instead of grapeseed), but it still turned out great! And I added pecans! :) sooo yummy :). Thank you for posting this!! - 1/28/15
