Ingredients

    2 Kellogg's Eggo Nutrigrain Low Fat Whole Wheat Waffles
    1/4 cup 2% Cottage Cheese
    2 large Strawberries, sliced
    1 Slice of extra lean Ham
    1 tsp Splena
    2 TBS Sugar Free Pancake Syrup

Directions

Pop the waffles into the toaster. Toss the ham onto a microwaveable plate and heat in microwave 2 mins. Scoop out cottage cheese and put into a small bowl then mix in Splenda. Blot strawberries with damp towel and slice. When the ham is done slide it to the side of the plate and put your waffles on the plate. Top the waffles with cottage cheese, sliced strawberries and sugar free pancake syrup.

I also use this as a dessert except I omit the ham and only prepare half of the recipe.
