QUICK, EASY and YUMMY QUICK, EASY and YUMMY
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    2 chicken fillets sliced
    4 rashes lean bacon sliced
    2 cups mushrooms sliced
    2 carrots chopped
    6 small potatoes cut in half
    1 small onion finely chopped
    2 tbls corn flour
    2 bay leaf
    2 tbls tomato paste
    1/2 cup wine
    1.1/2 cup chicken stock
    salt 'n' pepper

Tips

you can delete potatoes and serve with rice


Directions

mix together paste, wine, stock.
Coat chicken with corn flour. Put chicken, bacon, mushrooms, potatoes, carrots, salt and pepper into casserole dish, add bay leaf, add liquid mixture and stir, cover and cook 180c for 90 min.
