Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1 lb chicken liver
    1 tbsp smart balace spread
    2 tbsp olive oil
    seasoning (garlic,onion powder, seasoned salt and pepper)
    1 onion
    3 egg whites
    mayonnaise ( i used real mayo)

Directions

spray baking pan with "pam"
place chicken livers and chopped onions in pan
season with seasoned salt garlic and onion powder, and pepper
bake approx 20 mins mixing occasionally
add egg whites that were cooked seperately and mayo
mix and serve


Serving Size: makes about 12 tbsp
