Introduction

    1 cup Milk, Nonfat
    1 cup Yogurt, Plain, Nonfat
    1 Banana, Medium
    1 cup Berries, Frozen (or 3/4 cup thawed)
    1 tbsp Honey
    1 packet Nutrasweet Equal
    1 cup Ice Cubes

Directions

Mix all ingredients in a blender.

    Definitely didn't want to try this once I saw the Equal sweetener, a packet of that a day will make YOU a vegetable by 60! Try doubling the honey, natural, healthy and sweet, or just take out the sweetener and it's not too bad. - 10/4/12

    I didn't use equal I use Raw Sugar. Equal with cause a Asthmatic to have an attach. This was very good. - 5/9/20
