Ingredients

    20 oz lean pork ribs (boneless)
    6 oz Apricot Brandy
    1 or 2 packets of Starbucks Via instant coffee
    1 cup water
    2 large apples diced
    2 large sweet onions diced
    2 tsp fresh thyme
    1 tbs fresh chopped rosemary
    1 tsp whole peppercorns
    1 tsp whole coriander seed
    6 whole large bay leaves
    1/2 tsp coarse sea salt

Tips

When asked by TBM relatives about your recipe you could say it is flavored with 1 tsp blackstrap molasses and 1 tsp apricot jam. They will not know the difference.


Directions

makes 10 servings
Mix brandy, water and coffee packets separately.
In large crock pot place diced apples, and onions
herbs and spices salt and add pork to the top of this, add brandy mixture over the top of pork. Salt top of pork
and cover, cook on low heat for 6-8 hr and serve hot
