Ingredients

    4 oz beef strips
    1 cup beef broth fat free / low sodium
    1 small portibello mushroom
    1 cup broccoli
    1 cup cauliflower
    1/2 cup turnips
    1 tsp soy
    1 /2 tbsp hoisen sauce

Directions

Place beef strips and a 1/2 cup of beef broth in a skillet and cooked until desired wellness. Add vegatables and additional broth and cook approximately 15 minutes or until veggies are tender. Stir in the hoisen and soy sauce and cook for an additional 5 minutes. Serve alone or over rice.
