Ingredients

    Mission carb balance flour tortilla 1
    0.5 cup rosarita chile and lime non fat refrained beans
    0.25 cup Sargento shredded cheddar cheese
    Salsa
    Pam spray


Tips

Salsa con be put on top of quesadilla if desired.


Directions

Spray frying pan with nonstick spray over low to med heat. Spread tortilla with refried beans to edges. Top with shredded cheese and 1/4 cup salsa. Place in frying pan and heat until cheese melts. Fold tortilla in half and continue heating for 1-2 minutes. Slide onto plate and cut in thirds. Enjoy.
