A simple soymilk & hemp protein powder smoothie. A simple soymilk & hemp protein powder smoothie.
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 cup soy milk
    1 med banana
    3/4 cup frozen blueberries
    3 med frozen strawberries
    4 tbsp hemp protein powder

Directions

Pour one cup soymilk into blender and add banana and hemp protein powder. Blend until smooth.
Add frozen fruit and blend until smooth.
Drink!
